Scope of Services

Project Timeline & Delivery

All projects are delivered within the agreed timeline specified in the proposal or contract. Delays caused by client feedback, content delivery, or third-party dependencies may affect the timeline.

Revisions & Feedback

Clients are entitled to a reasonable number of revisions as agreed before project launch. Constructive feedback is encouraged to ensure the final website meets your business goals.

Payment Terms

A project may require an initial deposit before work begins, with the remaining payment due upon completion or per milestone agreements. Full payment is required before the final website handover.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only for projects canceled before development begins. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable. Any disputes will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Post-Launch Support

I provide limited post-launch support for technical issues and minor adjustments as agreed in the project scope. Ongoing maintenance can be arranged via a separate agreement.
